Plan, direct, or coordinate the selling, buying, leasing, or governance activities of commercial, industrial, or residential real estate properties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as liaisons between on-site managers or tenants and owners.
- Determine and certify the eligibility of prospective tenants, following government regulations.
- Set targets for Occupancy and Revenues.
- Negotiation and finalization of new leases.
- Coordination of collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, and deposits and payment of insurance premiums, mortgages, taxes, and incurred operating expenses.
- Assist the Property Manager with the Investigation of complaints, disturbances and violations, and resolve problems, following management rules and regulations on all properties.
- Train and evaluate the work of personnel connected with Leasing Department, documents performance and apply progressive discipline as necessary.
- Maintain records of sales, rental or usage activity, special permits issued, or property availability.
- Manage and oversee operations, administration, and improvement of commercial, industrial, or residential properties.
- Market vacant space to prospective tenants through leasing agents, advertising, or other methods
- Assist in the planning and implementation of new strategies to improve the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Attendance at Tenant meetings
- Maintaining strategic alliances with Brokers, Agents etc.

- Achievement of set Revenue Targets
Academic/Work Experience:
- Minimum-B. Sc. - Degree in Business Management, Marketing or LLB Law
- At least Five (5) to Ten (10) years experience in a similar position
- Specialized Training in Real Estate Management will be an asset
- Must have a working vehicle to travel within the service area
Knowledge:
- Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- Building and Construction — Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings, or other structures.
- Design — Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- Law and Government — Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations.
- Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
