We are seeking for a Brand Development & Public Affairs Manager to lead strategic growth and drive innovation in brand and membership initiatives. Key Responsibilities Membership Management
- Increase membership annually.
- Efficiently process membership applications and onboard new members.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date membership database, directories, and listings.
- Address and resolve membership issues promptly, escalating as necessary.
- Enhance membership value by developing programs and services tailored to member needs.
- Support advocacy efforts by surveying members on business-related concerns.
- Provide strategic direction for marketing organizational products and services.
- Develop effective marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales.
- Collaborate on graphic design projects and ensure quality copywriting for promotional materials.
- Strategize and manage the use of social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
- Monitor and manage social media channels using tools.
- Boost events through targeted strategies to maximize attendance and visibility.
- Drive effective communication and public relations efforts to promote the organization’s activities and services.
- Ensure all communications maintain high standards of grammar, accuracy, and quality, reflecting the organization’s brand.
- Disseminate information to media and stakeholders promptly.
- Monitor press releases and government communications, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring relevance and alignment with organizational initiatives.
- Repost and share relevant media content as needed.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of communication materials for organizational events.
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Communications, Media Relations, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience leading a communications team.
- Minimum of 2 years collaborating with graphic designers or related creative professionals.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Creativity and innovation in developing impactful campaigns.
- Team collaboration and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in market research and strategic planning.
- Time management and multitasking proficiency.
