Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell all products offered by the company.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned stores and territories.
- Implement and maintain retail promotions, including store displays and staff sensitization.
- Conduct quarterly sales training for customer service representatives.
- Provide consistent communication and top-quality service to all assigned accounts.
- Organize accounts based on service requirements and prioritize accordingly.
- Expand floor coverage of branded products within retail spaces.
- Create and submit a quarterly plan outlining visits, training, and promotional activities.
- Submit weekly written visit reports.
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities to meet budgetary goals.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 CXC passes, including Mathematics and English.
- Diploma or Certificate in Marketing and Sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales environment, with exposure to sales targets, budgeting, and reporting.
Skills and Competencies:
- Self-driven and passionate about sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
