Job Presentation
Objective:
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Manager, ensuring the efficient operation of the functional office. This includes maintaining an organized and well-structured office environment, managing workflows effectively, and upholding accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records. Additionally, strive to improve processes, support team objectives, and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Responsibility :-

  • Verifying and processing of all purchase vouchers for payment.
  • Call vendors with outstanding overdue payments for invoices – Monthly
  • Vendor reconciliation of vendor statements.
  • Source all vendor invoices relating to utilities and ensure they are paid in a timely manner to minimize service disruption.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for Sales & Medical Reps for General Manager.
  • Entering of invoices for both local and foreign vendors in a timely manner.
  • Complete daily deposit for money received and arrange driver for bank deposits
  • Process supplier purchase orders for NIPDEC goods.
  • Update pricelists for Sales Reps & General Manager.
  • Manage office/kitchen supplies.
  • Prepare bank letters for wire transfers and to follow up to ensure completion in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of routine and ad hoc reports and other correspondence.
  • Filing of invoices and administrative documents.
  • Assist in any other related duties from time to time.

Qualifications:

ACCA Level 1 completed with (2) years’ experience performing accounting duties.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices (debits, credits, GL etc)
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • High degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
  • Ability to reconcile accounts.
  • Ability to perform detailed work involving written or numeric data, and to make arithmetic calculations accurately.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public.
  • Provides associated administrative and other support to supervisor and team, towards the attainment of departmental goals and objectives.
  • and analyses information skillfully.
