Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing strategic business objectives and expanding the company’s footprint in the region. This individual will be responsible for securing corporate business and maintaining top accounts to achieve corporate objectives. This role is directly responsible for leading the team of sales executives and driving the business and revenue targets for our business lines. You will be required to engage key stakeholders and decisions makers in providing biomedical solutions. This role will also oversee all marketing activities of the company.
DUTIES
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree in natural sciences, marketing, business administration, or similar
- 5+ years experience in marketing and/or medical sales (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ Years’ experience in leadership (Preferred)
- Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

DUTIES
- Build creative sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction and attain business sales goals.
- Mentor & Coach sales teams to achieve set goals
- Assign and designate sales quotas and territories to staff according to individual potential
- Develop & Implement effective marketing strategies to achieve departmental objectives
- Analyze Sales Data and Submit Corresponding Reports
- Manage all tender activites
- Prepare budgets, plans and schedules.
- A bachelor's degree in natural sciences, marketing, business administration, or similar
