Job Summary
The role involves comprehensive management of brand and social media operations, hospitality management for vacation rentals, and oversight of long-term rental properties.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for:
- Brand and Social Media Management
- Properties/ Rentals
Brand and Social Media Management
- General management of the Brand and social media Officers/volunteers, all brands inclusive of Hotels owned
- Supervision of Graphics Officer
- Working alongside and consulting with the Managing Director to implement and strategize brand awareness.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Managing the Brand and Social Media Marketing operations and developing the Digital Marketing Strategy in alignment with the Group’s objectives.
- Taking feedback from officers/volunteers
- Provide direction to the brands in the market to ensure relevance and visibility.
- Monitor and submit monthly reports for brands on social media platforms.
Hospitality Management (for vacation rentals)
- General management of vacation properties
- Oversee maintenance activities.
- Oversee bookings and revenue collection activities.
- Assist with hotel revenue
- Tracking revenue for the purpose of monthly reporting and collecting rent on time.
- Lease management for new business and renewals. Especially lease rental agreements and timeliness.
- Debt collection for bad paying or evicted tenants.
- Collecting rent on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, social media management, and/or hospitality management.
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and implementation.
- Experience in managing teams and supervising staff.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of hospitality management and property maintenance.
- Financial acumen with experience in revenue tracking and reporting.
