Job Summary:

Our Client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service, quality food, and exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing operational processes, and driving revenue while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations, including food service, staff management, and customer relations
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient operations and high- quality service
  • Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience by handling customer feedback and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain: Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and material
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standard
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing profitability through cost control measures and efficiency improv
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shift
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effective
  • Training & Development: Implement training programs to ensure Staff are well-trained in safety, customer service, and food preparation standard
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve any operational issues that may arise and proactively address potential areas of concern

Q ua lifi cat i ons :

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skill
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including health and safety regulations
  • Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and optimize
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
