Job Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales processes, preparing quotations, and working with CRM systems to manage leads. The role involves making outbound calls, following up on potential leads, and communicating effectively with customers to identify their needs and drive sales. Success in this role will require strong communication and organizational skills, along with a keen ability to manage customer relationships and meet sales objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, bids, and tenders for potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems for managing sales leads and customer interactions.
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process.
  • Set and achieve sales targets as defined by company leadership.
  • Engage with customers through outbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and nurture relationships.
  • Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and presenting solutions.
  • Answer customer questions and provide additional information via email when needed.
  • Stay up to date with product and service offerings and any relevant updates.
  • Maintain a detailed database of current and potential clients.
  • Job Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 passes
    • A university degree would be considered an asset
    • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B or B2G sales.
    • Previous experience in a sales-related role is preferred.
    • Experience in sales within the security, safety, or similar industries is an asset.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with graphic tools is a plus.
    • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce.

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
    • Ability to clearly demonstrate product or service offerings.
